By using Cartfy ("the Service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Cartfy provides automated Shopify store health monitoring, reporting, and alerting. We scan your store daily, generate health reports, and alert you when issues are detected. The free scan on our homepage provides a one-time report. Paid subscriptions provide ongoing daily monitoring.
Cartfy scans publicly accessible pages of your Shopify store — the same pages any visitor would see. We do not access your Shopify admin, private data, orders, customer information, or any non-public areas of your store.
Cartfy provides health reports based on automated scanning. While we strive for accuracy, reports are informational and should not be the sole basis for technical decisions. Some stores use configurations that may affect scan accuracy. We are not liable for actions taken based on our reports.
You may not use Cartfy to scan stores you do not own or have permission to monitor. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our scanning infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to deliver daily scans reliably but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional scan failures due to infrastructure issues, store availability, or bot protection on your store are not grounds for refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your client portal or by emailing aswani@cartfy.co. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Cartfy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
