Cartfy scans publicly accessible Shopify stores to identify technical issues affecting performance, SEO, and conversion rates. We only access publicly available information — the same data any visitor to your store would see. We do not access your Shopify admin, private data, or customer information.
We process store scan data under legitimate business interest — identifying and reporting on publicly accessible technical issues. We process subscriber data under contract — to deliver the monitoring service you have paid for.
We may contact store owners whose publicly listed business email addresses we find during our scanning process. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe option. We honour all unsubscribe requests immediately.
We retain scan data for up to 24 months to provide historical comparison reports. Subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at aswani@cartfy.co. We will respond within 30 days.
